Well, since they offered me the job, I'll take it if they still call me this week. It might even be fun to do for a couple of months. Even though all three of the guys who interviewed me knew I have no restaurant experience, the last guy still mentioned that he wanted me to help the other younger people...didn't want me to start and then feel like I was surrounded by people who were less intelligent than me. I guess they think I'm smart or something. Maybe because I told them I was thinking about teaching. And, I think I'll go to an advisory session on Wednesday to find out the steps I would need to take in order to get a credential.
